Nicknamed “Christmas City, USA,” in 1937, Bethlehem celebrates the holidays with many festivals and attractions—among them: Christkindlmarkt, a popular marketplace where artisans showcase handmade works and you can enjoy live Christmas music and delicious food. Be sure to stop by the glassblowing booth, where ornaments and decorations are made, and ice carving demonstration.

Christmas Village in Philadelphia

From smells of bratwurst, waffles, and mulled wine to the beautiful festive lights, this open-air German-style Christmas market is sure to delight the entire family. Christmas Village is located at LOVE Park in Center City and will feature a wide variety of international holiday gifts, traditional food and drinks, rides including the Christmas Village Carousel, Christmas Village Express, and the Ferris Wheel at North Broad, and so much more magic.

Koziar’s Christmas Village

For over 70 years, Koziar’s Christmas Village has been one of Pennsylvania's best holiday celebrations. This massive display of festive attractions and lights adorning buildings, barns, and the village's landscape, began in 1948 when William M. Koziar started decorating his home and property. Each year, Mr. Koziar added new displays to the original decorations and quickly became a popular destination for visitors. This holiday spectacle has even garnered national media attention and has been featured on the “Today Show.”

A Longwood Christmas

Opposites attract this holiday at the Longwood Gardens. Wrap yourself in the warmth – and chill – of A Longwood Christmas, an exhibit dramaticatically showcasing the contrast of fire and ice. Your spirits will be ablaze with towering trees adorned in amber to fiery red tons, flickering flame lanterns, and an inviting mountain retreat, complimented by icy-hued plantings, a “frozen” succulent fountain, and a refreshing alpine waterway that is the ultimate winter wonderland. Outdoors, cozy up to inviting fire pits, cool off on a stroll through half-a-million dazzling lights, and relish in the splendor of the season.





Christmas Magic – Festival of Lights

The spirit of the holiday season is on full display at Christmas Magic – Festival of Lights, a half-mile (ADA-accessible) woodland trail winding through Rocky Ridge Park. Christmas Magic showcases more than 600,000 Christmas lights and a variety of holiday scenes and themes. You may even get a visit with Santa himself! Admission to Christmas Magic is by online reservation only.




Dickens of a Christmas Celebration

If you’re looking for an old-fashioned Christmas, travel back in time when you visit the 37th annual Dickens of a Christmas – an event not to miss! A Victorian marketplace takes over Wellsboro’s Main Street and surrounding streets that highlight craft and food vendors, musicians, dancers, street performers, and more. Plus, don’t miss the theatrical presentation of “A Christmas Carol.”




Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show

Experience the magic of the 3 million dancing lights at Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show. Enjoy the display from the comfort of your own car or enjoy the show in an open-air wagon ride (weather permitting).
