AAA Mid States is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for a full-time Member Service position working in our State College, PA office. This position is ideal for the candidate interested in working in a team environment interfacing with our Auto Club members.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Fulfilling member requests related to planning road trips, books, maps and Notary services
- Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member
- Make hotel, car and air reservations for members
- Cashiering duties including the balancing of cash drawer
- Additional member service functions as necessary
- One day every 3 weeks will be worked in the Lock Haven Office
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year in a customer service position
- Ability to cross sell products
- The ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required
- Ability to pass criminal background check for obtaining notary
